Cancellation Policy

Before proceeding with your Application Form for the Gympie Night Market segment of Grazing Lane, we ask that you read the following Terms & Conditions to ensure we will align with one another. 1. Your invoice must be paid 7 days prior to the event (or within 24 hrs of the date of the event if filling in as a last minute replacement) to secure your site. If unpaid and no agreement has been made with the Event Coordinator, your site may be offered to another vendor in the community, losing your cross-promotion privileges. 2. By making payment for your site you understand that your site fee is non-refundable if you cancel within that 7 day period. We understand that life pops up, however, this cost is to cover the time and effort it takes to try to replace you. 3. All stallholders are responsible for their own belongings, set up and pack down within the times provided. This includes tables, chairs, marquees, display stands and sufficient lighting to make your stall as appealing as possible. Please note that only weighted marquees and battery-operated lighting is to be used. 4. Stallholders must be able to present at the event for the full 3hrs, and not start packing up until the event end. We also strongly encourage your own social media promotion regarding your location, to compliment the cross-promotion offered by both Beehive Events and Mary Valley Rattler for you and we thank you for your effort in doing this. 5. All stallholders and their staff must abide by the instructions provided by the Event Coordinator or host venue staff with regards to accessibility in and around our market location, particularly around safety. We will always strive to make things run as smoothly and comfortably as possible for you and the safety of our combined staff, clients, customers and other stallholders is paramount. 6. Beehive Events, it's staff or volunteers cannot be held accountable for bad weather. We will always attempt to continue on with our planned events, unless safety is a potential issue. In that case, we will make every effort possible to announce a cancellation no later than 1hr before set up time. However, if this takes place, you will not be entitled to a refund. 7. Beehive Events strongly advocates for "collaboration, not competition" so please ensure you have a big smile, say g'day to other vendors and stallholders & most of all, HAVE FUN! We are a part of a wonderful community, all trying to build our business up.
